PROS: Provides full access to network drives and CSU secure websites via the internet. To access the drives on your personal computer, map the network drive. Using this method will allow you to work directly in File Explorer.
Gateway.colostate.edu via web
PROS: Provides access to CSU secure websites, such as AAR and Timeclock.
CONS: You will have no access to network drives.
NOTE: If GlobalProtect does not fit your situation, gateway.colostate.edu via web is the next best option as long as you will not need access to network drives or Aries.
Access via Remote Desktop
PROS: Provides full access to your CLA office computer from a CLA, CLA checkout, and/or personal computer, as though you are in your office.
CONS: The computer must be powered on to gain access.
Mac
This tutorial will enable you to configure your iMac or Macbook to work remotely.
